huge, good sized rooms provided with a freshen up especially the bed linen, tv, all necessary facilities. favourable location in the centre of port douglas and extremely helpful and thoughtful staff. also - next to the beach and town center as well as the nearest shop.

The hotel has marvellous and beautiful location close to the lovely beach, the gardens and the shops and main part of Port Douglas. The property staff was fairly friendly and efficient, not annoying. The room was great-sized and fantastic, I had a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities.

Rooms were fully-equipped, well done!

We truly enjoyed this beach club hotel, no complaints whatsoever. The staff were all fabulously helpful and extremely helpful, which was unquestionably a plus. Its MAGNIFICENT, central location was a plus.

the rooms are impeccable and immaculate with great facilities and the stuff are welcoming. a huge bar does the trick. the services are excellant, including a heated pool.

The room was well furnished, it included a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities. And there were great beds. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, Port Douglas Uncovered was at a short distance from the hotel.

Lovely bed & good and stunning position next to a lovely market in town as well as beach and main street restaurants. Well furnished room and particularly nice view of the beach.

We had a very lovely stay, liked the city and hotel and would stay here again. This beachfront property had good views. The rooms were huge and fabulous, with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

This centrally located apartment is just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. The spacious rooms are well-appointed and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The friendly and knowledgeable staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience. The pool area is well-maintained and offers a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The tennis courts and BBQ areas are great added amenities for an enjoyable stay.

The air conditioning in the apartment has one control for the whole unit, leading to inconsistent temperatures in different areas of the apartment.

This apartment hotel is the best in Port Douglas ! Two minutes walk to the beach, the swimming area in the Ocean (protected against stingers) is right there !!! We booked a 2 bedroom beachfront apartment but we were able to upgrade to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom executive apartment . Superb !

The Mandalay lived up to all its positive comments. The location was excellent, staff friendly, rooms clean, spacious and well designed. Pool was lovely.

We were thrilled with our spacious and well-appointed apartment at Mandalay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and close enough to the main area without the noise. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

One drawback was the lack of a beach view, even though it was advertised as beachfront. However, this was a minor issue considering all the other positive aspects of our stay.

The apartment was beautifully presented and spacious. The two heated pools were amazing and my kids loved them. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and town center. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds in the second bedroom were not the best in terms of comfort. Also, it would have been nice if washing powder was provided instead of having to pay for a small bag.
